Summary

Context
Ahlsell has been working on a marketing automation (MA) implementation for the past 18 months. Some triggers and workflows are already live. A technical framework for creating new triggers in Databricks is established. The management team aims to develop additional triggers in collaboration with an external agency.
Acceptance criteria
Full scope to be defined during workshops with the consultancy agency.
Development of identified triggers in parallel with scoping.
Other information
The Definition of Done (DoD) will align with the defined scope.
